The Wine Cellar
Dine At One Of Boston's Most Exclusive Private Venues
We invite you to experience the Wine Cellar, our private dining room situated on the lower level of the hotel. The cellar houses a collection of rare and fine wines and is ideal for intimate parties or special events for up to 36 seated guests or 75 guests for a reception.
With double-vaulted ceiling, rich mahogany tables, and circa fifth-century AD Roman mosaic, the Wine Cellar is truly one of Boston’s most unique private dining rooms. The room's granite foundation dates back to its origins as the Edward Bromfield mansion, erected on this site in 1722.
Its caged glass walls hold wines ranging from today’s notables to the most obscure “cult wines.” The collection is truly one of the most extensive in the country, with vintages from the 1700s to the present.
As a private dining room, it is ideal for those who seek intimacy or seclusion.
Guests who make arrangements for a private function in the Wine Cellar may also look to our staff to assist with custom flowers, menu printing and design, linen choices, audio/visual aids and equipment, photographers, entertainment, and much more. Choosing to host an event in the Wine Cellar at Fifteen Beacon is a truly memorable experience.
